The Family Co-Op Nursery School of Cinnaminson, NJ is a non-profit, non-denominational cooperative nursery school for children three to four years old.
Our nursery school offers families a warm and friendly beginning to the school experience. We offer a special place for children to begin learning and sharing in a structured setting.
As a cooperative, parents play an integral part in their child's education through participation in the everyday operation of the school. This provides parents a unique opportunity to witness their child interacting with his or her classmates. The time that you spend in school with your child is always special. Your child will delight in showing you his or her favorite activities, but mostly will enjoy just having you there!
At the Family Co-Op, we offer both morning
and afternoon programs, each consisting of two and a half hour sessions
(9:00 to 11:30 for the morning program and 12:30 to 3:00
for the afternoon program) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There is a
22 student maximum per program, and each program is facilitated by a certified childhood education specialist with the assistance of a teachers' aide.
Because our school is a cooperative, every parent is expected to work one day every few weeks to aid the teachers. Each member also assumes one job responsibility to help our school run efficiently.
Quarterly member meetings focus on issues concerning your child's development as well as those concerning school operation. Participation in our fundraisers is also critical to help keep tuition costs low. |
